Venues
I do the week-to-week marketing across your whole programme, the email list, the socials and extra help for the shows that need it. You get every show marketed to the same standard, spend where it's needed and monthly reporting the board can read.
Pick the one closest to yours, then tap through the stages to see which channels lead at each one.
Always on. A venue programme never stops, so every new show slots straight into channels that are already running.

Three years embedded. Consistent sellouts.
Northcote Theatre
Three years as part of the Northcote Theatre team, running the marketing week to week. The room already had momentum, great programming, loyal audience, and my job was to make sure the campaigns matched. It's a really good room to work for :)

Link in bio
A link for your Instagram bio that always shows what's on, pulled straight from your own ticketing on Moshtix or Humanitix, so a new show turns up the minute it's announced and sold-out shows get marked as sold out by themselves, and the Linktree someone had to remember to update can go :) It's built in your own look, the newsletter sign-up can sit right on the page, and the links can be tagged so you can see what came from Instagram.
Embedded Partnerships
Ongoing · three-month minimum · fortnightly check-ins
I join your team as your marketing lead and run it week to week, strategy, campaigns, systems, reporting, the lot, and I'm around for the quiet weeks as much as the big on-sales! This is how I work with Northcote Theatre.
fyi. for your shows
Running a room, a festival, or a van full of people? Three files to plan, sell and settle the nights, the festival or the run, with a one-page plan behind every show, the programming calendar, the sponsors and the routing already built, and a settlement that tells you whether the support act got paid.
