Festivals
I do the audience work, the paid campaign, the content plan and the presale. You get a plan with targets, ads running start to finish, a weekly sales update and a wrap for the acquittal.
Pick the one closest to yours, then tap through the stages to see which channels lead at each one.
Warm up. Getting people interested before anything's on sale, so they're ready when it is.

Festival Campaign

Tenth year. Sold out through a ballot.
Gaytimes 2027
Gaytimes came home to Gembrook for its tenth, back after a year off, and we sold it through a ballot first, which meant building the sign-up page, the random draw through Humanitix and all the comms around it. The ballot came in about three times oversubscribed, general sale cleared the rest, and it's sold out months before the gates open! A proper team effort with Anna and Tamsin :)

Festival Campaign

Sold out NYE 2024. Sold out again NYE 2025.
When Pigs Fly NYE 2024 + 2025
I was marketing lead for WPF in 2024, hands down the funnest project to write for! A proper team effort with Benny, Liam and Sprinks. We sold out with a waitlist longer than the ticket allocation, then came back for NYE 2025 and did it again :)

Embedded Partnerships
I join your team as your marketing lead and run it week to week, strategy, campaigns, systems, reporting, the lot, and I'm around for the quiet weeks as much as the big on-sales! This is how I work with Northcote Theatre.
Campaign Projects
One campaign, brief to wrap, with the paid ads, content, social and PR, whatever moves tickets and grows the audience. This is how I worked with The Jungle Giants and When Pigs Fly!
Strategic Advisory
You bring me in to pressure-test your approach, ask the hard questions about who you're talking to and why, and leave with a plan your team can run with.
Capability Building
The goal is you don't need me anymore :) I set up the systems, templates, workflows and training so your team can run it themselves.
