I do the audience strategy, the paid work, the board and funder reporting, and training your team to run it. You get a plan the board will sign off, campaigns running, and templates and training that outlast me :)

Listen. I get to know your team, your work and your audience.

Festival Partnership

From quarterly sounding board to marketing and operations lead.
Castlemaine Documentary Festival 2026
Castlemaine's own documentary festival, right here on Dja Dja Wurrung Country. I came on as marketing lead for 2026 after a stint as their quarterly sounding board, took on the paid content and the strategy with a push for a younger audience, and I'm staying on as Marketing and Operations Lead through to the 2027 festival. Regional festivals with this much heart are a joy to work for :)

Websites and comms
Castlemaine Documentary Festival's new site in Framer, with the film program, live Humanitix events and the forms wired in, plus a link in bio and a monthly newsletter built to match, so everything CDoc sends out looks like the festival.

Link in bio
A link for your Instagram bio that always shows what's on, pulled straight from your own ticketing on Moshtix or Humanitix, so a new show turns up the minute it's announced and sold-out shows get marked as sold out by themselves, and the Linktree someone had to remember to update can go :) It's built in your own look, the newsletter sign-up can sit right on the page, and the links can be tagged so you can see what came from Instagram.
Capability Building
Set up, then hand over
The goal is you don't need me anymore :) I set up the systems, templates, workflows and training so your team can run it themselves.
