Artists and labels
For releasing artists, I do the grant paperwork and the brand work with you, how you look online, how you talk to people and your tone of voice, so it's right before we scale up. For labels, I do a campaign for each artist and single, the pre-saves and DSP support, release-week ads and catalogue work in the quiet bits.

Before release. The people who already love the music hear it's coming first.

Link in bio
A link for your Instagram bio that always shows what's on, pulled straight from your own ticketing on Moshtix or Humanitix, so a new show turns up the minute it's announced and sold-out shows get marked as sold out by themselves, and the Linktree someone had to remember to update can go :) It's built in your own look, the newsletter sign-up can sit right on the page, and the links can be tagged so you can see what came from Instagram.
Campaign Projects
Six to twelve weeks, brief to wrap
One campaign, brief to wrap, with the paid ads, content, social and PR, whatever moves tickets and grows the audience. This is how I worked with The Jungle Giants and When Pigs Fly!
fyi. for your release
Putting your own records out, with nobody to hand the boring half to? This is the one file where the plan, the calendar, the content, the ad budget and the money sit together, so you stop keeping half of it in your head and the other half across seven notes apps.
See inside ↗︎fyi. for your roster
Looking after other people’s releases as well as your own? Everything in The Artist, plus the roster, the metadata, the distributor one-pager and the release ops, forty-six tabs in one file, because the moment you’re doing this for more than one artist the notes-app approach stops being charming.
